Elvanto is a church management system: people database, groups, service planning, check-in, giving, and notes in one place. Notebird is pastoral care software only. Can Notebird sync with Elvanto?

Is Elvanto the same as Tithely Church Management?

Yes. You can write a People Note on the person after a visit, give it a category such as Pastoral Care, and mark it private so only the right roles can read it.
